You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items in their original condition. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on certain items such as underwear, earrings, or customized products unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
